A $20 deposit holds your appointment and goes directly toward your purchase. It's not a fee — it's already yours.

Share your sizes, your vibe, your era, your inspo. The more you give us the better your edit will be. We take this part seriously.

We Do The Work

Before you arrive we'll pull pieces, build looks, and get the space ready. Your appointment is already in motion before you walk in the door.

Good Questions

Is the $20 deposit refundable?

A $20 deposit is required to book your appointment. If you find something you love it goes directly toward your purchase. Please note the deposit is non-refundable regardless of purchase — it covers the time and preparation that goes into every visit.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Just reach out before your appointment and we'll find a new time that works. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.

What if nothing feels right?

If nothing feels right that's okay — we get it. Come back when something calls to you. The good stuff is always coming in.

How long is an appointment?

Appointments are booked in 90 minute time slots — enough time to try everything on, talk through styling, and leave feeling good about what you found.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Just let us know when you book so we can make sure the space is ready for everyone.

Do you take walk-ins?

VOO is appointment-only at this time. Walk-ins are no longer available but booking only takes a few minutes right here on this page.

What kinds of things do you carry?

VOO specializes in true vintage one of a kind clothing, accessories, and home goods rooted in New Orleans culture and a little bit of magic. Every piece is unique — once it's gone it's gone.

Can you source a specific item or era for me?

This is not an option for this appointment at the current time. Stay tuned for updates!
