SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Voo Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service interruptions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Voo Vintage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been issued, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Voo Vintage is not responsible for packages that are:

lost
-
stolen
-
delayed
-
misdelivered
-
damaged in transit
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Photograph the exterior packaging before opening.

Retain all packaging materials.

Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Voo Vintage is not responsible for carrier-related damage once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value orders, Voo Vintage may require signature confirmation at delivery at our discretion.
Failure to be available for delivery when signature is required does not constitute non-delivery.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and additional charges imposed by their country.
Voo Vintage is not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.
