All items sold by Voo Vintage are pre-owned, vintage, or deadstock unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of vintage garments and accessories, items may exhibit normal signs of wear consistent with age and prior use including but not limited to:

  • fading

  • distressing

  • repaired seams

  • wear to lining

  • age-related material breakdown

  • minor imperfections

These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

SECTION 3 – FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final.

Voo Vintage does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason including but not limited to:

  • fit

  • wearability

  • color variation

  • minor flaws

  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction after receipt

Customers are responsible for reviewing all item descriptions, measurements, and photos prior to purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Voo Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer.

Voo Vintage is not responsible for items that are:

  • lost

  • stolen

  • delayed

  • or damaged

in transit once in the possession of the shipping carrier.

This store is hosted on Shopify. However, any purchases you make are made directly with Voo Vintage.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Voo Vintage.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability.
